This also includes an unlimited and flexible time limit for the cleaning. Our services travel to all of Manhattan, within NYC and Northern NJ. We serve Midtown, Midtown East Side, Upper East Side, Midtown West, Upper West Side, Harlem East/West, Morningside, Inwood/Washington Heights, Murray Hill, Downtown, Lower East Side, Lower West Side, West Village, Union Square, Battery Park, Greenwich Village, Flatiron, Gramercy, Nolita/Bowery, SoHo, TriBeCa, Chelsea, East Village, Chinatown/Lit Italy, Financial District, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester and Northern NJ. We are punctual, hardworking, well-organized and extremely reliable. For residences in NYC, our rate is $25.00 per hour for a regular cleaning. The fee for new clients and brides is $100.00 with a 25% discount price which is a flat rate of $75.00. This cleaning includes all bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and living room areas, then we have a maintenance upkeep fee of $25.00 per hour after. As a weekly, every two weeks or monthly service, the price goes down to $50.00 with no additional charges. We now charge an additional fee for all clients with pets. We also supply the entire cleaning products for each cleaning free of charge. For residences in NJ, a travel time cost of $25 is included. Our rate is $25.00 per hour for a regular cleaning. All rates for first-time clients in New Jersey are $150.00; with a 25% discount, the price is $125.00. This cleaning includes all bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and living room areas, then we have a maintenance upkeep fee of $25.00 per hour after. As a weekly, every two weeks or monthly service, the price goes down to a $75 flat rate. We now charge an additional fee for all clients with pets. We also supply the entire cleaning products for each cleaning free of charge. All move-out cleanup and move in cleanups cost $75.00 per hour. Plus, unpacking and organizing items is $100.00 per hour on small jobs. For larger jobs, all move-out cleanups per hour and move in cleanups cost $125.00. With unpacking and organizing items, it costs $150.00 per hour and no additional fees. We are now adding a deep steam cleaning system to our services. Our steam cleaning services can clean just about every appliance in your kitchen, but bathrooms, carpets, and rugs are not included. Our rate will be $100 per room. Please feel free to inquire and try this service for all your deep cleaning needs. If your apartments/houses are in the process of a complete renovation, our cleaning service can provide cleanups for a Post Construction, so you can move in immediately. Commercial Office Cleaning: Commercial office estimates start at $150.00 for a regular cleaning. All new clients fees are $150.00 with a 25% promotion discount which is a flat rate of $125.00 for first-time full cleaning, then a maintenance fee which varies with Negotiation upon viewing the space. The maintenance upkeep fee of $25.00 per hour after as a weekly, every two weeks or monthly service, so please contact us ASAP to book your cleaning appointment. Please allow three days in advance for your booking and viewing of office space prior to cleaning. We look forward to helping you. New Service: We provide cleaning for clients who sublease or travel or who extend their apartments for out of town guests as accommodations. This is a special service, and our rates are $100 for all cleaning and settling the guest once they have arrived from their flight. We handle the turning over of the apartment keys, supplies, showing and walking the guest through the process, plus cleaning up after each client leaves.
