Nothing I requested to be done was properly done and many was not done at all. I don’t think it was a break of communication as I was specific with what I needed done during this deep cleaning.

We sincerely apologize about that issue. We totally misunderstood job requirement, and we should have sent you two or more cleaners for you. Again, we're very sorry about that.. I know what she did wasn't enough for you, but deep cleaning whole town house and remove paint from the floor was impossible . she tried her best, and she even brought paint remover kit from her own pocket.so could you pay at least $80 ($20/hour) for her. Thank you !!
