So I am sure Michael will try to respond back to this and that’s fine. Let’s start with my apartment was extremely clean when my cleaner arrived to begin with. She even mentioned that. I just needed a standard clean which was quoted for 1 1/2 hours but I told Michael he could add more time if the cleaner needed it. I had all my supplies out and ready and I told her what I wanted done. When I was emailed after the clean about my experience I responded back as I knew that’s what they wanted? My cleaner did not touch my floors with a wet mop and did not take out any boxes or recycling etc even after I told her where it should go. Michael contacted me and said he would take care of it. The last thing I expected or wanted was drama from a cleaning company. He proceeded to send me emails from the cleaner stating she did her job etc. why are you sending me the cleaners emails? Especially with her lying. I also have a pic of the hole she tore in my $50 bed skirt with a vacuum but I was nice enough to tell her it’s an accident and not to worry. Now I regret that! This is not high school. Handle it in house and don’t get me involved? If you want drama head this way otherwise there are many other companies. All I wanted was acknowledgment that it wasn’t done. Good morning Leah, once again as I mentioned when a cleaner receives constructive feedback from a customer. As the owner of Lazy Susnas it's my decision to be transparent with the feedback we receive from customers. This way they understand exactly what the customers issues where. With regards to the extra hour cleaning if needed. Somne has to reach out to me to advise of the extra 30 minutes otherwise the cleaner does not know so yes we stated that you may require an extra 30 minutes but i was not informed you required this so the cleaner completed the job in the time allocated. Yes, of course I would respond as this is my business. Leah, please lets be clear, there was no drama. All i did was send your feedback to my cleaner and send you the feedback from their perspective. The comment about this not being High School, you have messaged me like 8 times and I mentioned on many occasions that I was addressing it but you just kept messaging and messaging. My cleaners are very experienced, trustworthy and I always listen to both sides. If you were that dissatisfied with the clean (well floors and recycling) and I am assuming the rest of the entire clean was great, why tip the cleaner???? Best of luck, Michael

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing includes sales tax and we are the only cleaning service who accept SAME DAY BOOKINGS. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and offer discounts for recurring cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communicate through Thumbtack to understand requirements, then schedule a clean on our website or feel free to call us for any questions. Our booking system once booking is confirmed then dispatches the job to all Lazy Susans cleaners available on that day and time selected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a professional all my working career and my communications skills are exceptional. Together with our Operations Manager we provide additional training to our cleaners. I have written many cleaning tips to a number of world-wide publications featured on our website.
