Vanessa arrived on time, she brought her own supplies. I explained to her what areas were really dirty, she stared in that room first. What I noticed irst was that everything was put back in its place. Each room was clenex and put back inorder that was noticeable immediately. My kitchen was spotless and all th burners worked without me having to fiddle with it. She took the time o make sure they worked. My bathroomtiled had mold, she sat and worked on the tiles that were reallying bad and they were clearner then I he'd seen them in a long while. I quickly booked my next appointment with Vanessa.

The cleaner was pleasant and respectful. She stayed an extra hour to make sure everything was spotless. We have a cat and she did a great job vacuuming up the cat hair. Its great to have a nice clean home.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our cleaning estimates based on service level package, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, approximate square footage, and any additional add-ons. Recurring clients receive discounted rates depending on the frequency of their service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation to understand your home's needs — number of rooms, square footage, and any specific requests. From there we provide a transparent quote and get you booked. For first-time clients we recommend a deep clean to establish a strong baseline, after which we can set up a recurring schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are vetted professionals who are background checked, insured, and trained in detail-oriented, systematic cleaning. We follow a thorough service checklist for every clean to ensure consistency and quality across every visit.
