I would give my experience at 3.5/5 (rounding up to 4 since I can’t leave .5 ratings). I had a fairly good experience with Natural Cleaning Experts. Unfortunately though, the cleaner was over an hour late due to a flat tire issue. I realize this is hard to control, so I’m honestly not that upset. That said, I would have liked for the company to proactively communicate this as opposed to me having to reach out to ask.

Also, I had requested they steam clean some of our home because we have a baby so we’re trying to use natural methods for disinfecting. The company suggested that the cleaner use my Dupray Neat Steamer. Unfortunately, the cleaner accidentally broke the mop head attachment before she got much done. Therefore, she wasn’t really able to clean the apartment with the steam cleaner the way I had hoped. She did improvise by using hot water and a different attachment, but again it wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for. The company did deduct the cost of a replacement mop head attachment from the final cost that I paid for the service.

While I understand some things are outside of every party’s control here, I’m not sure I’ll be using Natural Cleaning Experts in the future.
