I made the right choice going with Prof-Clean to get my two couches cleaned. A few other places gave me quotes but Prof-Clean was the only place that offered more than just a quick steam. Their pricing was transparent and their service was beyond valuable. They were also super accommodating in terms of scheduling which I appreciate a lot, considering my recent move and hectic work schedule.
The person who was sent to clean our couches, Glenn, was an absolute gem! Very kind, punctual, and not to mention an extremely hard worker. He got those couches cleaned better than I could've possibly asked for. He did a quick yet thorough job that exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely give them a call next year for another clean, and will 1000% recommend Prof-Clean to anyone in need of their services. You won't be disappointed!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Prof Clean, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the item or area, and the level of cleaning required.
We offer bundle discounts when combining multiple services (for example, upholstery + carpet cleaning), as well as special promotions for repeat and referral clients. Every quote is provided upfront, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused. First, we gather basic details about the items or areas that need cleaning (photos are always helpful), then provide a clear upfront quote and schedule a convenient appointment time.
On the day of service, our trained technicians inspect the material, explain the cleaning method, and perform a deep, eco-friendly treatment using professional equipment with a quick-dry process. Before we leave, we make sure you’re fully satisfied with the results and happy with the service
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are professionally trained in fabric identification, stain treatment, and proper use of commercial-grade cleaning equipment. We continuously educate our team on modern cleaning techniques, eco-friendly solutions, and safe handling of delicate materials to ensure the best possible results.
In addition to hands-on training, we follow industry best practices and focus on quality control, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction with every project.
