Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the item or area, and the level of cleaning required. We offer bundle discounts when combining multiple services (for example, upholstery + carpet cleaning), as well as special promotions for repeat and referral clients. Every quote is provided upfront, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-focused. First, we gather basic details about the items or areas that need cleaning (photos are always helpful), then provide a clear upfront quote and schedule a convenient appointment time. On the day of service, our trained technicians inspect the material, explain the cleaning method, and perform a deep, eco-friendly treatment using professional equipment with a quick-dry process. Before we leave, we make sure you’re fully satisfied with the results and happy with the service
