I booked a deep cleaning service and I have the invoice to prove it, but the experience was far from what was promised. None of the major areas we specifically discussed were cleaned. The oven, cabinets, and fridge were completely untouched. Basic cleaning was also lacking. The cleaner did not sweep or mop behind my sofa, which is very light and easy to move. I move it myself regularly, so that should not have been an issue. To make matters worse, she left a lot of debris behind in my bathroom and on my floors, which completely defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. My appointment was scheduled for 12 PM, and the cleaner did not arrive until 5 PM. When I followed up, I was told that attempts were made to contact me, but I did not receive any calls or texts. Meanwhile, my attempts to reach them went through without any problem. Overall, this felt more like a minimal surface clean rather than the deep cleaning service I paid for. If you are looking for light touch ups, this may work, but if you expect a true deep clean, there is really no point in booking.
