"IMPRESSED" I have been alive long enough to remember when customer service was a real thing. It used to be professional and made you feel like a valued customer instead of just another pawn in the corporate machine. Now, almost wherever you go or whomever you call, you get treated as if your business is not important. Employees often look like they do not want to be where they are, and the whole experience as a consumer leaves me feeling frustrated. Well, customer service and satisfaction are back with Todays Maid! The first thing that struck me about Rose was how professional she was. From the moment she said hello, she looked presentable and ready for her job. And a good job she did, too. So far, I have only used Todays Maid once, but I am getting ready to book a second cleaning with Rose

Naomi was friendly, on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning my friend's apartment. They cried when they saw how clean it was (in a good way). I'm grateful for her help and hard work especially under relatively short notice.

I only live in NYC part time, and it's been so nice working with Todays Maid because I know I can trust them to have everything taken care of perfectly while I'm away, and ready for me when I'm in town. It's so nice to always come home to a meticulously clean apartment, and it sets the tone for the rest of my stay. Constantly travelling can be very stressful, but with them taking care of things at home it's one less thing I have to worry about. they always leave the apartment perfectly spotless. they are also really great about staying in touch with me to make sure there aren't issues, or to see if there is anything else they do for me THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING
