Ghosted me without giving me a reason when I could’ve made appointments with others. I was waiting for their response to what I wanted them to clean and they just canceled without reason.. you’re welcome to cancel anytime but without a word is incredibly unprofessional. I needed it done this week and now I have to scramble to find someone else.

We’re sorry you feel this way. We do want to clarify that we did not cancel or intentionally ghost your request. Thumbtack removed our access to this lead before we were able to continue communicating with you or finalize the appointment. Once access to the request was removed, we had no way to respond or schedule the cleaning. We understand how frustrating that may have been, but the cancellation was not made by Yonkers Clean Team. We always make every effort to communicate with clients and provide professional service.
