-Consultation Discuss goals and strategy -Goal-setting before the initial hypnotherapy session -Hypnotherapy session(s) -Rewiring Coaching sessions Implementing the learnings from the hypnotherapy sessions into your daily life -Follow-up sessions to evaluate the progress *repeat the process only if it's necessary
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and certified as a hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist by Marisa Peer in the U.K. I’m a member of the Energy Medicine Professional Association, the International Hypnotherapy Federation, the American Hypnosis Association, National Guild of Hypnotists. I'm a Certified Specialist in TRAUMA RELEASING HYPNOSIS, HYPNOSIS & WEIGHT RELEASE, and Past Life Regression Therapy accreted by the American Hypnosis Association. Also, a certified NLP practitioner, certified 13 Breaths to Freedom practitioner, and Specialist for Hypnosis for People with Cancer. I have approximately 9,000 hrs of meditation practice under my belt; it's equivalent to hours as the Tibetan monks. I completed the Donna Eden Energy Medicine workshop, but also I was born with the natural ability to visualize and sense energies/electromagnetic particles as a child.
