- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Interior design and styling projects are quoted individually after an initial consultation, since no two spaces or client needs are the same. Event services are generally offered at a flat rate based on the size and scale of the event. In all cases, pricing is discussed openly before any work begins so there are no surprises. The consultation is where we figure out what the project actually requires and what investment makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a discovery call to talk through your space, vision, and needs. From there, the process depends on the service, but the work is always collaborative. You'll know what's happening at every step, and nothing moves forward without your input and approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background spans visual merchandising, high-end personal shopping, and styling, all of which directly inform my approach to design and space. I've worked with retail brands and private clients, managed interior design projects from concept through installation, and coordinated events of varying scale and complexity.
