I felt it was a bit confusing to communicate, they gave me the price quickly, they ordered the part, and called me to arrange the time to come do the repair once the part arrived. Then no one came. My tenants were asking if it was repaired yet and that prompted a follow up and they could not be scheduled again for a couple of days. No one could explain why they did not show up to the original appointment and it took a couple of calls and follow ups to even arrange the second one. But the work was done eventually."See more
