I personally know and trained with this Ving Tsun practitioner as a fellow class mate. Brian is talented, skilled, experienced, articulate and dedicated to his training in Ving Tsun. You would definitely benefit learning and training with this man. I can personally say that every time I train with him I learn and improve in the skill of Ving Tsun Kung Fu.

I've been studying with Sifu McCoy for about a year and have found several benefits already. I'm more focused at work, I'm physically stronger and in better shape, and I look forward to the days that I get to attend class and learn something new about the art, Chinese culture, philosophy, or the mechanics of the human body. The small class sizes at the Shaolin Kung Fu Institute have ensured me one on one time with Sifu McCoy and help me to work toward perfection of my techniques. Having a goal of learning as much as I can about this fascinating art motivates me every day. I highly recommend this school!

I'm a student at his school City Wing Tsun, and I couldn't be happier with the classes he teaches and the staff he employs. I feel stronger, more agile, and much more confident since I started training. Highly recommended to anyone who loves kung fu, wants to learn self defense, and/or loves asking questions about how martial arts work.

My training is based on physical exercise created by the ancient monks who based the training on developing an individual's personal best. We train our movements so that they become balanced and natural to the student. The student will gain self-defense skills while concentrating on inner chi and proper movements. I believe anyone who wishes to learn can learn, and it is my job to coach the students to their personal success. I am Sifu Paula Wong, 8th Degree Black Belt.

No one else does what we do--Long Jop Pai (Northern Dragon) Kung fu is unique to Flemington, NJ. Kung fu itself is unlike any other martial art; where other arts are linear and hard, requiring the breaking of boards or bricks, kung fu is circular and soft, relying less on maximum power and force, and more on utilizing the opponent's force against them. Northern Dragon style Kung fu is an internal art that develops and utilizes Qi, or internal energy.
