My fitness journey began at 11 years of age when I my older cousin brought me to a wrestling club. I became fascinated with combat sports and wanted to explore different types of martial arts.
I went on to train in hand-to-hand combat, judo, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and jiu jitsu. Through my years of martial arts experience I realized that I was too weak and skinny and I got tired of being muscled around. I began learning everything I could about strength training in order to get bigger and stronger. I went through various different lifting programs: powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and bodybuilding in order to build the perfect combination of strength and endurance required to martial arts performance. It was my passion for sharing knowledge and watching others around me succeed that drove me to become a personal trainer.
Presently, my whole life is devoted to fitness - I train my clients or I train myself, 7 days per week. I help my clients transform their bodies and become the fittest version of themselves. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, and boxing/muay thai training. Your progress with me will be directly proportional to the amount of sincere desire you have to achieve a true lasting transformation. I'm not here to give you quick fixes or magic solutions. If you work with me, then you must be serious about wanting to get in the best shape possible.
I train my clients virtually and in-person around NYC Hell's Kitchen.
