From working in a job that made me miserable to having multiple incredible opportunities with dream companies (with one giving me an offer I have now accepted) Deanna completely changed my mindset and got me un-stuck from a path I was going down that I felt I had no control of. Lessons on self worth, how to not self-sabotage, and positive thinking that will make you un-stuck too... all while taking your dreams and molding them to workable goals that have now become reality. After seeking a change from my life-draining job I started searching for a life coach. I discovered Deanna and was able to see she was filled with success and ambition and wanted YOU to achieve that in your life too. Her presence was motivating and inspiring and from our first session she was ready to give me guidance in how I could (and did) change my life. Deanna is an excellent communicator and often understands exactly how I feel, even when I couldn’t put the thoughts together into words myself. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Working with Deanna was one of the best decisions ever. Having never worked with a Career Coach, I had no clue what to expect. I interviewed a few people and went with Deanna because she sounded like she was going to truly personalize the experience to what I was looking for and not just give me a cookie-cutter formula that she uses with everyone. And that is exactly what she did. She was super helpful in not only preparing me but also for boosting my confidence and truly making me believe I was more than ready for the next step in my career. I could go on and on with how great she is but if you are looking for a career coach, do yourself a favor and at least talk to her before you select someone; she can get you where you are trying to go.

Working with DFig Connects was an absolute pleasure. Deanna helped us to bring direction to our org in a number of ways. From building a foundation of a leadership culture - peer to peer, manager to direct reports, and coaching up to mindfulness sessions, DISC 360 reviews, DFig Connects was able to come in and really take a systematic approach to scale. We set up a periodic coaching program to support each individual starting with the C-Suite and then moved it to other employees. We also set up weekly Meditation and Mindfulness sessions for 30 minutes promoting creativity, and created a Workshop buildout. Deanna was professional and amazing, helping to increase our revenue by 100% Quarter over Quarter. We'll definitely be working with her in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per session and decreases in price as per the amount of time we sign the contract for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 30 min chemistry session. We decide to work together and determine cadence. We then have a 1+ hour discovery session and see each other 2-4x/month thereafter. Client will fill out an intake form and discuss tangible goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years working in Corporate America (ex Pinterest) and multiple as a coach helping people navigate the most competitive market in the world - NYC. I've mentored over 100 people as well as helped bring multiple successful brand launches to market. I've launched a successful yoga retreat business as well as my own coaching and consulting business.
