Millie is an exceptional life coach. She is a wonderful communicator and intently listens in order to help address the areas of your life that you want to improve. She has a warm demeanor, but also actively encourages you to accomplish your goals. Millie is professional, punctual, and goes above and beyond to provide you with resources at your pace to help along the way. She has a great sense of humor which I find helpful as I am working through my thoughts, feelings, and changing my mindset. When working with Coach Millie, I always ended our sessions with much at ease than with what I started with. She made a safe space for me to talk about hard stuff that have been preventing me to go onto my next chapter of my book. I felt like she was always attentive with what I had to say and keep tract with the stories I would share with her. It was a beautiful connection that gave me a confidence to believe in myself and to do better in all sorts of work with self care, educational, work-ethic, and family relationships. I offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session using Zoom. I believe in a personalized approach to every session. Everyone's experiences and challenges are unique, and our sessions will be tailored specifically to you.
