FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first three sessions are completely free of cost. This gives us time to build trust, explore your goals, and see if we’re a good fit. If you'd like to continue after that, we can discuss a price that feels comfortable and fair for both of us. I’m committed to making this work accessible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a 30-minute free session to understand what’s bringing you in — whether it’s a relational challenge, emotional overwhelm, communication blocks, or a desire for deeper connection. This is followed by two additional free sessions where we continue to explore what’s emerging, how you tend to relate (to self or others), and whether our working relationship feels like a supportive fit. The goal of this initial phase is to offer space for reflection, not rush to solutions. If we choose to continue beyond that, I work collaboratively to help you build a personalized emotional toolbox — one that’s shaped around your unique patterns, strengths, and needs. My process is gentle, non-pathologizing, and rooted in deep listening, curiosity, and compassionate inquiry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College, and I’m in the process of completing Level 1 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Beyond formal education, I bring over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions. I’ve coached over 200 clients through a World Bank–funded entrepreneurship program and led a women-focused social enterprise in Pakistan. My practice is rooted in lived experience, relational insight, and a deep commitment to healing through connection.
