The company charged the balance before letting me know. Very little communication. We ordered a 14 person party bus but it would have been tight for even 10 people. There was no ice/cups/water as they said there would be. Very unprofessional

The Limo was 15 minutes late and for the money I paid for a 18 passenger limo it barely fit the 10 people I had. The Bluetooth kept going in and out amongst certain other parts that did not work. The worst part was the giant beige duct tape on the side end of the white limo that made it looked like it had a giant band aid. We were so late in leaving out of the location from the first stop that we didn't make the location unfortunately, and was rushed by the owner to make our end time.

Just got back from a family trip to NYC and I have to cheer about Incognito Limousine. We booked them for airport transfers and a day of sightseeing, and they really made our trip special. Our driver, Mike, was right on time at JFK and helped us with all our luggage. The limo was spotless and stocked with water and snacks. For our sightseeing day, Mike knew all the best spots and even suggested a great pizza place in Brooklyn that wasn't on our original itinerary. He was patient when my mom needed extra time at stops and had great stories about the city. The whole experience felt luxurious but the price was actually reasonable for NYC. It was so nice not to stress about navigating the city with the family. We'll definitely use Incognito again next time we're in New York!
