We booked a limo for prom and honestly it was perfect. The driver was super professional, the car looked amazing, and the whole ride felt classy and fun. We rented their 14 passenger van to get take a group of friends to an outdoor festival. Mike was very helpful during the process. Our driver was great and really friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

This is a scam/dishonest company. I would STRONGLY suggest you take them off of your platform. Shame on me for thinking if a company is listed on Thumbtack, they are legit/honest.
Long story short: They didn't have a partybus for my date even though I reserved weeks ago and paid a $500 deposit (it broke down allegedly) and said I needed to pay $350 more (already paying over $1700 for 5 hours even though I was quoted $1100) for an additional hour for another partybus to drive up from Newark. They told me if I don't pay, I won't get the bus. We went back and forth for hours on my birthday to find a solution, they got me to pay the remaining +$1200 (after agreeing that they would cover the extra hours for the bus to get here), and THEN, 15 min later, told me that they changed their minds, and they won't send a bus unless I pay the extra $350.
I obviously cancelled, and they are not refunding my $500 deposit. I am still waiting for $1000 from this company.
HORRIBLE experience that I hope no one else has to go through.
