This was a truly smooth and stress free experience from beginning to end. After getting the runaround from a couple of other companies, I finally found direct pro logistics and Im glad I did. My first conversation was with Anna who was friendly, honest and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. Later, I spoke with Amine, the owner and that confirmed I was in good hands. The pricing for shipping my car was better than any other quote I received, and the service matched it. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the driver who delivered my vehicle was professional and on time. I dont usually write long reviews, but this experience deserved one. Ill definitely be using them again and recommending them to others

I spoke with anna over the phone to get a quote and check availability. She was helpful and gave me all the information I needed without any pressure. After looking into a few other moving companies, I decided to go with direct pro logistics since the pricing was reasonable and they were available on my moving date. On the day of the move, Roberto and his teammate showed up right on time. They went over what needed to be moved and got straight to it. They were easy to work with, efficient and handled the furniture carefully during disassembly and wrapping, loading, and reassembly. Everything went smoothly, and nothing was damaged. Overall, it was a stres free experience, and Id use direct pro logistics again if I ever need to move in the future
