- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For long distance moves we offer a flat rate based on mileage and inventory. No surprises or additional fees unless the agreed upon inventory is changed or additional stops and services are added. For payment we take half up front and the remaining balance before we offload. For payment we take cash, cash app, venmo, credit, or certified checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is that we normally send the customer an information sheet to fill out upon request. After receiving the information sheet we will email back over a finalized quote or contact the customer if we have any questions. Once the customer agrees to the quote we finalize the date and time then we send over a contract and take a deposit for half the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out working for a moving company when I first got my CDL in 2004. From there I gained experience in moving for 8 years when I decided to branch out on my own and start a moving company.
