- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a customized quote to every client based on their specific needs. An initial estimate can be obtained through thumbtack, but a final quote typically takes place during the initial consultation. I am also willing to discuss customized quotes that adjust a cleaning schedule to fit each client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My experience taught me, that it is always necessary to meet my clients prior any cleaning as it help me to understand the reals needs of the person; as well as reliving the customer from any worries him/her may have. The meeting never take more than 10-15min, so is as convenient as helpful for both of us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began this company with my children after immigrated to New York and saw the fast-paced living in our community created a need for ethical, reliable cleaners. I take great pride in my work and the family it represents. Starting this business was both a means of providing for ourselves and also the opportunity to be a contributing member of our new community.
