- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off of not only the high end products I use but my experience and education.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask them about how often they wear makeup. To what extent is there knowledge of makeup application. Of course, what is their skin type. Are they oily, dry, combination, acne prone? It helps with the prepping of the skin as well as what products to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attend workshops through GlamLab Studios and was Certified through ChicStudios NYC. I am constantly continuing my education through major brand names such as Makeup Forever, Mac Cosmetics, NARS, etc... The makeup world is always changing and I have to keep up.
