- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the very first session, the charge for any session less than an hour long will be the same as for one hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them by either phone or email. I try to answer any questions they have, and I ask them some questions too. For New and Existing Customers ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Appointments are made by either phone or email. Payment is usually done online through PayPal and can be made with credit card, debit card, e-check, or PayPal account. I send the invoices by email weekly, after all sessions for the week have been completed. If homework is on paper, a picture of the paper can be taken using a phone or webcam and sent to my email. If homework is online, the screen-share feature in whatever video call program we use will allow me to see the student's screen during the session. Though, depending on the subject, I may still need some advance notice of the type of problems we'll be working on. During the sessions, I use a dry board to go through the homework problems.
