I completed the necessary training requirements for obtaining certification as a coach specializing in recovery from addiction.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When selecting a coach you have to take into consideration their experiences (professional, personal, social), and their skill level with project management. It is important for you to select a coach that is personable, leads by example, and is supportive in helping you achieve success towards your endeavors. I have a professional background as a professional trainer and have facilitated sessions including conflict management, presentation skills, diversity training, problem solving in management and communication skill building. I have also received specialized training in recovery coaching from the Life and Recovery Coaching Academy.
