As a first-time car buyer and a female who doesn't know much about cars, I had a great experience. The mechanic was extremely helpful and walked me through everything step by step. He explained exactly what he was doing, why there was an issue, and even taught me how to prevent the same problem in the future. So not only was he fixing my car, he was also teaching me along the way, which I really appreciated. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Cocotto was amazing. I had few small problems that eventually upon his inspection were fixed right away. His prices are reasonable, but his knowledge on cars is priceless! He was able to do an oil change, a spark plug swap, swap brake pads and rotors, and he was able to fix A clanking sound in the steering wheel column. I provided all the parts. 💪🪖

This man is amazing. I swear he’s helped me like no other when I was at my wits end with this car ready to sell it for parts.
