Lemzel graduated from Tougaloo College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He earned his master degree in Leadership Education from Mid-America Christian University. For more than two decades Lemzel has motivated thousands to have hope in the mist of adversity. He has worked with families in the inner cities of Jackson, MS; Decatur, AL; Ardmore, OK; and Memphis, TN as a homeland missionary. The motto he lived by was "Nurture the poor to independence." Through that, he was passionate about giving more than a handout but about showing steps to live life with purpose. Today he works for the City of Decatur, AL and is the CEO/Founder of Lifeversation, LLC. He is a sought after communications speaker and a trainer for companies and businesses.
