- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We develop our guaranteed prices after an onsite visit to see the scope of your move. Of course, we can quote small jobs over the phone and are happy to do so. Phone quotes, however, are not guaranteed but based on the information provided to us.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We move families and businesses throughout the NY tri-state area, and along the eastern seaboard north as far as Maine, and south to Washington DC. Our staff are permanent payroll employees...we never use day laborers or subcontractors. As such, our men are highly trained, and attentive to our customer's needs. We are an owner-operated company; partners Shane Denley and Kieran Cullen are onboard every day supervising operations to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Our prices are guaranteed...never any hidden charges or post-move mark ups. Allow us to provide you with an in-home estimate!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, when selecting a moving company, it is very important to get your estimates in writing, guaranteed. Otherwise, you can be subject to hefty unanticipated charges. Every onsite quote we provide is guaranteed! Second, be sure your moving company has full time payroll employees. Some companies pick up day laborers as needed. This isn't wise...without a full employment screen and reference checks it is impossible to know much about the men who will be moving your valuable belongings. Lastly, be sure your moving company is fully licensed and insured. That protection will provide you with peace of mind.
