    Just awful company ! unreliable. They damaged my properties didn't take responsibility ! and on top of that inflated the charge to almost twice as much what we agreed on at the end of the job. Were rude & awful ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PEOPLE

    Redline Moving is a great moving company! Their customer service skills are INCREDIBLE! Every job is handled with white glove service AND I LOVE THAT. No job is too big nor too small. The staff is very professional, friendly and accommadating. They take great pride in their work. I have used Redline Moving a couple of times and every time I have been impressed and very happy with their service. I will continue to use them for all of my moving needs as well as highly recommend them to others.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We move families and businesses throughout the NY tri-state area, and along the eastern seaboard north as far as Maine, and south to Washington DC. Our staff are permanent payroll employees...we never use day laborers or subcontractors. As such, our men are highly trained, and attentive to our customer's needs. We are an owner-operated company; partners Shane Denley and Kieran Cullen are onboard every day supervising operations to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Our prices are guaranteed...never any hidden charges or post-move mark ups. Allow us to provide you with an in-home estimate!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. First, when selecting a moving company, it is very important to get your estimates in writing, guaranteed. Otherwise, you can be subject to hefty unanticipated charges. Every onsite quote we provide is guaranteed!

Second, be sure your moving company has full time payroll employees. Some companies pick up day laborers as needed. This isn't wise...without a full employment screen and reference checks it is impossible to know much about the men who will be moving your valuable belongings.

Lastly, be sure your moving company is fully licensed and insured. That protection will provide you with peace of mind.

A. Our happiest moments in our industry are when we receive accolades from happy customers...and we have many happy moments! Customers often ask if we can assist with packing. Absolutely! We can help you pack some or all of your belongings.

Some customers have a gap of time between move out and move in, and worry about what to do with their belongings. We provide short and long term storage as needed.

A. We develop our guaranteed prices after an onsite visit to see the scope of your move. Of course, we can quote small jobs over the phone and are happy to do so. Phone quotes, however, are not guaranteed but based on the information provided to us.
