Very disappointed with their integrity. They showed up unequipped to do the job - they needed 2 ladders - only came with 1 . As a result they were unable to do the job. They are trying to charge me for their trip to my home even though they were unable , because of their lack of communication, to do the agreed job. By the way this is the second disappointing job appointment with thumbtack. AND THE LAST!!!
