The only reason i give two starst is because the moving team was not proffesional at all, NO UNIFORM , LEFT WITHOUT ME, WHEN I SPECIFIALLY TELL THEM SO I CAN GET MY CAR , they didn't want to installed my TV, Or take it off neither when is added to the contract, THEN they want it me to tip them after and im like what ! I contact the office to let them know what was happening and they told me is other crew comming to do the tv, they send me other guys to installed, they were amazing wishing those were the moving team, I make them wait cause i was stock in traffic and they still came in and installed my tv and they did it with love and grace. Only because of the crew that came to installed my tv i will call back. THANK YOU DANNY AND THE OTHER GUY THAT INSTALLED MY TV YOU GUYS MADE MY DAY, Came in with uniform , were really kind and nice did a fast job and safe , and they make fell ok, moving can be stressfull but just the simple thins makes it better.UPDATE : AUG.7.2025OMG! they read this coment and called me to let me know im so sorry for the inconviniece , And want it to know what happend, Im so Happy , THANK YOU SO MUCH, I was given a credit and apology and a discount for my next moving that im probably going to use if i moved again , I Just want to say that Im so Thankfull for the follow up, i dont blame anyone , but when i book with them i felt amazing, and i cant blame the whole company for 1 person , Again what made up my day was when they came to put my tv up , i was so happy about it , they even offered if i need it hel with anything else , Thank you guys for Update ! and for following up Glad you guys did.

my family and I have moved with FlatRate 3x now and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a close-move, cross-borough-move, or even long-term storage prior to a move. Most recently Naseem and his team took excellent care of our things as they packed us up with care (toddler life calls for packing service) and moved us into our new home. The team was quick, polite, thorough, and even followed up afterward while we unpacked to ensure all was well. Thank you FlatRate! I hope we dont move again but if and when we do, youre our first call.
