They made my move not stressful and were non fussy to work with. They were professional, courteous and patient. Only had a couple of minor damages, which is trivial in a move. Would definitely recommend them.

Although there were some unintentional issues encountered during our move, the teams responsiveness, communication and overall work ethic was much appreciated.

This service helped us when the Virus changed the lives of so many New Yorkers. We were forced to move out for the summer and go back across the country, URBIN picked up our boxes from the apartment and moved them to storage. They were on time and professional.The app shows all the tems listed and stored. The price was reasonable.Carl was flexible with our uncertainties about the length of time.Carl has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Always clear concise communication and he seems to really care every time i spoke or texted with him.The website does it all but since this was our first time, its good to know there is the human factor to this company. Not just a moving & storage.Finding URBIN was one of the best services we found when we werent even looking.

I do feel a bit like I am self promoting here because these dear people, about whom I want the entire world to know, is (like?) family to me but I do do do want to climb on a chair (just because anything sounds properly dramatic and important when spoken standing on a chair) and yell out a massive! massive thanks to themforwhen 2020 crazed, I had to get out of New York and leave behind my apartment with all the things in it that I accumulated over a year of living there I am talking about a number of cherished items that I didnt want to imagine losing, and extra things, which I thought was unwise keeping; there were giant pieces of furniture, which, unless they grew wings and learned to fly, were a disaster to even think about bringing down five flights when time to move out would come; and, naturally, there was a bunch of miscellaneous little paraphernalia all over my apartment that... that were just a general I dont even want to think about it kind of deal. And yet, even realizing that I was leaving for an indefinite period of time, I locked the front door of my apartment with a light heart and a weightless suitcase - because. Because this is something one can do now in the 21st century New York (and not only New York).Mind, this is n-not because I made some definitely plans of coming back and taking care of it all. Oh, and definitely not because some magic residing in the City relative of mine would come over and take care of that messy business. No.This IS because I knew that just like several times in the past, I could rely on the most amazing people at Urbin. Did I mention they are amazing? So, these amazing people at Urbin, I knew, would come at the scheduled date and time and in kid gloves pack all the things I ask them to, ship them down to Miami and/or carefully store them in their facility for as long as I need them, too.I also knew they would guardedly bring down the insanely steep stairs of the elevatorless building the seemingly unliftable couch! and - and dispose of it as well as of other articles I no longer need. Phew, enumerating these things gives me the jitters. But this is indeed the only thing that does that because the actual moving process (from scheduling, to Zoom chats, to sorting, to packing, to, to, to - finish) was a true bliss.Of course a job done professionally is great, but a job done kindly is what the humanity needs - and not only in 2020 - because this is about trust: how precious is it that you can just trust people to take care of you. kindly. huh?So, yes, I standing on a chair, remember? am immeasurably thankful to Urbin and their team for doing this monumental thing while making it a breezy experience for me.Posting this before I get embarrassed for probably making it sound too soppy...
