I have been working with this amazing professional for a couple years. Aly is my guide in this big fitness world. With her help I quit eating most of harmful foods and found the balance of the right nutrition components. I’ve had a baby recently and it made my days so unpredictable. My fitness and food programs needed an update, but Aly helped me in this hard period, we successfully worked on my new nutrition and sports. Thanks to Aly I overcame such problems as lack go energy, high fatigue and even depression. She corrected my calories and ratios, added meat and fresh vegetables etc. I understood that the main problem of mine was malnutrition. Aly has been an incredible inspiration in my life. Her wisdom and her knowledge are above and beyond her years. She is so good at helping me navigate the billions of ideas about food and fitness and helping me understand how my body works and what is the best thing I can do to achieve my goals. She is exceedingly patient as it was very difficult for me to give up an number of the food I enjoyed, but she has always helped me focus on my goals and to push through. She is a force to be reckoned with a body fat better beware!

Aly is such a great nutritionist. The diet she has recommended me has worked wonders in only two weeks of adapting it to my everyday. She is lovely, well-spoken, knows what she is talking about, always present when you need her, always following up and concerned about you. I must say I was kinda uncertain of her professionalism before meeting with her, because she doesn't have her own office space in NYC so we had to meet at a random cafe, though it was worth it!!! As they say: " Do never judge a book by its cover." She's OUTSTANDING!!!
