As a physician assistant, nutritionist and personal trainer, I offer health coaching services for the individual, family or corporations, large and small.
I provide initial consult, including BMI, food diary assessment, health history assessment, and initial recommendations, with weekly or monthly visits in person or via Skype.
Menu planning, shopping list compilation, goal setting, food diary reviews, exercise program and followup, and behavior modification tools are all parts of the followup coaching support.
I offer an "empathic, but get real" approach, with a special interest in family and couple health coaching. My motto is "let's stop the weight rock n' roll" and implement habits and behaviors that will support better health and weight maintenance for the long haul.
