I was looking for a party planner for my baby’s first birthday party. I sent inquiries to a few planners on thumbtack, but only got a good vibe off Sonia. She was very professional and responsive. She provided everything I needed in a one stop shop from decor to deserts and everything in between. Her crew was punctual and professional. They took care of the set up and take down. My party was a huge success and all the guests were very impressed with the decorations and deserts. Throughout the process of planning, Sonia was not only extremely responsive she also made sure she could provide me with everything I asked. I would highly recommend her for your next event!

Can't say enough great things about Dear Party Planner! From the minute we connected, Suzanne was responsive, collaborative, professional and full of amazing ideas to make my daughter's birthday party a memorable occasion. She really took the time to understand my vision and also had an amazing network of 3rd party vendors to help bring it all to life, from the balloon decor to the cake and other desserts. And most importantly, the day of the party was a pleasure for me. Suzanne was early and managed the entire setup and deliveries without me having to lift a finger. It was nice to be able to just enjoy the day with family and friends without all the stress. Suzanne and her team are behind amazing and I can't wait to have another reason to utilize her services!

i needed a party planner who could give me options and show me ideas about xyz, etc. Xclusive Services was helpful when i would ask her to find out about this place or that place, but i was finding all the places. in the end, i felt like she was just a close acquaintance i was paying to bounce ideas around and i could do that with an actual friend/family. i wanted check-lists, and agenda ideas, layout options, a list of venues, etc. just need to work on the business side of it, she's got the personable side working for her.
