I am sitting here eating left overs from last night still in amazement at how amazing it was having SkyBlu Hospitatity host us in my home last night. There are five items above to choose from and you are only allowed to choose three or else I would have chosen all five. My daughter and son-in-law gifted us this dinner and she told me Vinny was so easy to work with. He had great ideas and was very attentive to all of our dietary restrictions creating a menu specific to us. Vinny and his assistant showed up right on time. They brought all their own cooking utensils and the plates and silverware we would be using. Dinner started with the first course which was three meditterean style dips and two lamb appetizers. Each was better than the next. The offerings were in abundance and there was no way our group would be able to eat it all. The second course consisted of three different main dishes, vegetarian, a chicken and a duck, each with accompaniments. Each was served separately with time allowed to leisurely eat each dish. Thank goodness no matter how stuffed you are there is always somehow room for dessert. We were served a lemon custard tart with ice cream. Our friends were blown away. They could not stop thanking us for an amazing experience. We look forward to working with them again and sharing their culinary artistry with more of our friends. I am confident that anyone that chooses BluSky Hospitality to host an event for them will be truly satisfied they made that choice.

Chef Vinny truly brought my birthday dinner to life. From the initial planning, where he helped me select the perfect meals and appetizers, to offering a variety of options, designing a menu, and creating an interactive experience by explaining each dish, the entire event was flawless. He even cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. The food was incredible—delicious, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked with just the right portion sizes. I highly recommend Vinny for any catering or private dining needs. My friends were all impressed, and I’ll definitely hire his company again.

Couldn’t recommend Vinny more for a private chef event! We had him for a Christmas dinner with our family and it was spectacular! The food was incredible and plated so beautifully. He was great to work with! Easy to communicate with, flexible, brought all of his own equipment, and cleaned up everything. Thanks for a great night! We will be using him for another event later this year.

Excellent service and wonderful food. Chef Vinny is prompt in his responses, reasonable in his prices, but provides world class culinary treats as a chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America. He is perfect for catering request of all sizes!
