- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My daily rate is $750 plus the cost of groceries. For events with more than six guests, I recommend bringing in additional staff such as a server, sommelier, or bartender for a smoother experience. These services are available for an additional fee and can be tailored to your event needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin with a quick phone call to go over the event details — including the type of service, menu preferences, guest count, location, and budget. After we align on the vision, I’ll send over a customized menu. Confirmed the menu, I’ll collect a 25% deposit to confirm the booking and begin preparations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens around the world, including in Japan, france, new york, and California where. I’m also a certified personal trainer with a specialization in sports nutrition, which allows me to create meals that are both delicious and aligned with your health goals.
