- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No, I do not have a standard pricing as it depends of too many things but my pricing does include the following: All full meal services include - Menu Planning & Recipe Research - Grocery Shopping - Meal Preparation - Clean up! - Ongoing Communication and Support
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first meet to discuss your needs so that I can discover your favorite foods and dietary restrictions. I will make some suggestions and we will decide on the menu of your choice. My goal will always be to show you that healthy never tasted so good .and that healthy has a place for decadence on occasions... On the day of service, I shop for fresh quality ingredients and bring them to your home. All meals are prepared on-site and classes given in your own kitchen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was born in a family of foodies and I had the opportunity to live in Europe as a child. Both of my parents are great chefs and all my siblings love the challenge of making the best meal and trying new recipes. Although we were part of different gastronomy clubs we mostly gave dinner parties on a regular basis so cooking for me has become natural.
