Hi! I'm Max and I've been cooking as long as I can remember. I regularly make dinners for friends, family, and occasionally some family friends as a private chef. Max is incredible. He has regularly cooked dinners for me, my friends, and my family. He has done intimate two person dinners with multi courses all the way to a 30 person buffet (in a galley kitchen).
His steak is better than any restaurant in New York, and his pastas and chicken parm are phenomenal.
