Chef Gabriel cooked an amazing 3 course meal for my parents 40th wedding anniversary! He accommodated our surf and turf request and the food was AMAZING! Definitely would highly recommend for any event. Thank you Gabriel for such a great evening!

Gabriel Zaleta completely exceeded our expectations! For our event, for which we requested a spread that would accommodate vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and meat-eaters alike, Gabriel Zaleta executed with precision. They prepared a spread that was 'Smorgasbord meets Choucroute Garnis: a spread of cheeses, cold cuts, polenta cakes, crackers, gluten-free crackers, pickles, kraut, raw veggies and a few different fresh made dips." Our guests were immediately impressed. The spread, including presentation, was fresh, creative, and high-quality. Outstanding!
