- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my at home tasting menu, it’s pretty straight forward. If you’re joining others for a seating, the menu will be set and you can choose the date of the tasting that suits you. If I’m doing a private seating, I can set up a chat do discuss menu preferences and even cocktail preferences. Same goes to travel to your home. I say communication is key and I’m always ready to answer any questions you maybe have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for a bespoke beverage service and catering company. We do events all over the tristate area. I create the tasty cocktails and the chef wows everyone with her skills. I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for 15 years and the last 5 years I got into the world of events. I love being creative and styling for an elegant touch. It’s a passion and want to do as much as I can.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking for friends! Now I get requests for specific dishes from them. The audacity 😉
