About
I was trained at the Institute of Culinary Education, but more importantly found my passion for cooking from my Father, and my Grandmother. Learning how to cook and elevate traditional Guyanese dishes sparked my passion. I am a patient teacher, great working with beginner cooks. I am able to take current recipes and elevate them with ease. I also have a rotating Pop Up Kitchen Menu. Special skills include-all west indian food/ Guyanese cuisine, Italian- fresh pasta, and original takes on classic dishes like Lasagna. Meal Prep is something I am confident tackling.

I went to a private dinner hosted by The Window Sil Kitchen. The event was extremely well organized. The food was incredible and the vibes were immaculate.
