Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. I always offer a complimentary consultation to evaluate your needs and preferences. If you hate doing crunches, we don't do crunches! If you want to lift, diminish, or create a butt, we can do that too.
Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A. I have a Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology degree from Emory University, a nutrition focused medical representative license from UMDNJ, a group fitness certification from ACE Fitness, and I was trained by Leandro Carvalho in his methods to train the Victoria's Secret Models. I've since developed my own strategies to enhance his methods based upon my training as a professional dancer in NYC.
Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
A. I offer package discounts and session to session pricing, whichever you prefer.
Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?
A. I had a ton of dance injuries which resulted in my gaining a lot of weight from emotional eating and an inability to exercise. I started doing yoga and training with Leandro to get back on track after a ton of physical therapy and the result was not only a slimmer version of myself, but a resculpted figure that I didn't know I could have without surgery. I was so shocked and excited I decided I had to get certified to teach his methods and help others. It brings me so much joy to see my clients' transformations!
Q. What types of customers have you worked with?
A. Models, actors, musicians, injured, disabled, and your everyday woman or man who wants a toned, lean figure that can't seem to get there on their own.
Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A. I've become friends with a lot of my clients so I encourage people to work with people they like because you tend to open up about your personal life to your trainer. I often end up giving 3 for the price of 1- a fitness coach, therapist, and life coach!

A. Goals! Tell me what you want so I can customize a plan to help you make it happen.
