- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing reflects in-home / residential gym training throughout Manhattan. Clients who prefer to train at my private gym location in Hell’s Kitchen may receive a reduced rate. Single Session — $165 (60 minutes) Strength training, movement assessment, and personalized coaching. Ideal for getting started before committing to a longer-term package. Kickstart Plan — $1,480 (10 sessions @ $148/session) A structured 10-session program to build strength, improve technique, and establish consistency. Momentum Builder Package — $2,800 (20 sessions @ $140/session) A progressive program focused on long-term consistency, healthier habits, and measurable strength results. Complete Mind–Body Reset — $6,500 (50 sessions @ $130/session) A comprehensive transformation system combining strength training, habit systems, and accountability. Optional hypnosis available upon request for clients who want extra support with motivation, emotional regulation, and habit change. Some clients use it for breakthroughs with emotional eating, habit formation, and inner motivation. It’s available anytime if you want to add it into your coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During your first session, I assess movement quality, fitness level, and goals. We go through a tailored full-body workout while I evaluate form, mobility, and RPE. I use behavior-change coaching to understand your habits and your ‘why,’ so the plan fits your lifestyle. My goal: a session that challenges your body but leaves you motivated, confident, and clear on your next steps.
