- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Packages start at $160 per session, with reduced rates available for multi-session packages. Each package includes structured programming, body composition tracking, nutrition coaching, and accountability support between sessions. You are not just paying for workouts. You are paying for a complete system designed to deliver measurable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation session to cover your goals, training history, lifestyle, and schedule. After that, I run you through a full assessment that includes movement testing, and heart rate testing. Once we have a clear baseline, I build a personalized plan that covers your training, nutrition, and weekly check-ins so you always know exactly what to do and why.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first became a certified personal trainer in Australia, then earned additional certifications in the United States in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching. I have years of experience working with Manhattan professionals in both building gyms and private studios. My focus is on structured, evidence-based fat loss and strength training that fits a busy lifestyle.
