Andrew has been nothing short of incredible. I’ve had a bum shoulder, bum lower back and now both have improved significantly, while my lifts have gotten better, and my physique seeing massive results. Body awareness doesn't come naturally to me. Nevertheless, Andrew has been incredibly patient and insightful teaching me how my body works and how to move it better. What I most appreciate about Andrew is how creative he is to isolate what is going on in my body and to ensure I internalize how movements are supposed to work. For example, he came up with four different experiments of a move when I wasn't feeling something, until we found something that worked! Then he adapted our future workouts and he gave me homework to improve. With Andrew, I'm not only learning how to work out and lift weights, but how to be in tune with my body. Beyond Andrew's patience and creative commitment to ensuring I get a lot out of my work out, he is punctual, fun to talk to, and knows his stuff! He's given great advice about nutrition and cardio, and been respectful to work constraints like being plant-based.
