I am a sports medicine progressional and personal trainer now for 13 years. I also competed at the Olympic trials in 2012. I am currently the General Manager of a wellness facility in Brooklyn NY. I have trained clients from all different backgrounds from first time lifters to elite athletes to cancer survivors and those with Parkinson’s. I have trained in state of the art facilities to virtual training from clients backyards. I have a depth of knowledge and passion for what I do. Cultivating relationships with my clients, some who I’ve been training for six years now. My goal is to instruct my clients to not only reach their short term goals, but to learn skills to take with them throughout their lifetime.

After being the heaviest I’ve been, and concerned about overall stiffness as I turned 40, I worked with Angela 2x a week to help me lose weight and increase mobility. In the end I lost 30 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. Im generally not a big fan of the gym, but she always kept workouts interesting and kept me honest. Recommend.
