- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session fee is payable monthly. There is no discount for multiple sessions. If you like working with me, you will continue. If not, I wish you well in finding someone you feel is more suited to your goals, interests, and needs as a trainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An assessment prior to beginning includes a written background review of current condition and goals. Additionally, the first session will be dedicated to a physical assessment of current abilities. An extended assessment, with a visual report, may be scheduled independently as a longer session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
