- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the value of a fully personalized training experience. Rather than simply selling sessions, my focus is on designing a program tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and abilities. Every session has a clear purpose and is part of a larger plan, ensuring you get maximum value from both your time and investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with gaining a clear understanding of the client’s goals—what they want to achieve and why. From there, I conduct an initial assessment to evaluate key components of fitness, including strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, etc. Based on the results and the client’s objectives, I then develop a personalized training plan tailored specifically to their needs and abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training clients, coaching fitness classes, and leading muscle-up seminars since 2012. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across a wide range of disciplines. I’ve completed races of all distances—including marathons and ultramarathons—and have competed in official USA Weightlifting events in the 67kg weight class. In addition, I’ve participated in HYROX competitions and have been actively involved in CrossFit for the past 12 years. This diverse background allows me to bring a well-rounded, practical approach to my coaching.
