Hey there! My name is Erin, and I'm an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist currently based out of South Florida. I have a passion for helping people reach their goals and recognizing their own capability, no matter what their experience level is.

Erin really takes her time to design workouts that are personalized to me. With chronic shoulder problems, working out has been too much of a challenge to face on my own. Erin’s personal and vastly knowledgeable touch has tremendously helped my pain levels and general quality of life. She doesn’t only tell you what to do, she tells you why, and that information is informative outside of the workouts and in every day life. Because of her I am living healthier and her sessions are honestly life changing.

Training with Erin has been such a great addition to my life!
I was super hesitant to begin working with a trainer because I didn't feel I could connect with or be heard by any trainers I had met before.
Erin really took the time to listen to me, what I wanted from the experience, my goals, and what I felt comfortable doing. She makes exercising fun and really creates a safe space for her clients.
