Introduction: Hey, my name is Maurice McLean. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been in the fitness industry for the past 7 years. I spent 2 1/2 years working @ NYSC in the Financial District before branching off and started my own personal training business. My time there I’ve trainer a variety of different clients with various fitness goals. I’ve also worked with LIVunLtd which is, a global luxury brand specializing in all facets of the service experience including fitness classes, delivered on-site, off-site or a combination of the two. As of right now I am a group fitness instructor and small group trainer at Life Time Athletic Resort, one of the biggest luxury fitness companies in the country! I teach Strictly Strength, HIIT, Core, Ringside (boxing conditioning), Strength & Conditioning, and many others. I specialize in weight loss and muscle gain. My only job is to help you see and make a positive change in your life! I’m stretching, pre/post natal, and boxing trainer level 1 & 2 certified. I’ve helped clients get ready for events such as races, sporting events, weddings etc. I love to help people see change for the better in their emotional and physical well being. Reese trained me for one month. I shared with him that I was having mobility issues due to an injury. He assured that he would train me at pace that would not only help my injury but get me in the mood to workout more. For one hour his routines were intense but I can’t lie, I felt better and started seeing small results. He focused on core strength and balance before adding any weights to my routine. A great guy to share your fitness questions with and willing to help you get to better health. P.S - I was currently working with a budget and he was generous enough to offer a discount rate. Def 10/10

When I train with Reese he help me in many ways not only on fitness but confidence as well. He taught me the proper way in doing things when it came to the exercises. I would struggle with trying to eat properly because I felt like I didn’t have a clue I had so man excuses but he help me with that as well. (He never gave up on me) I appreciated that cause I needed it big time.

Reese is an amazing trainer! I didn’t believe in the importance of having a skilled fitness trainer until I started working with Reese. He’s taught me an immense amount of information about my health, eating, and improving my body as a whole. He’s taught me to believe in the work I’m doing to make a healthier me and it shows. He’s attentive & friendly BUT he doesn’t play when it comes to the workout. I am usually in a hardcore sweat before we even finish the warmup (lol)! I have seen so much improvement in my strength and endurance. I see my body evolving in a more steady fashion that I will be able to keep up with for a long time. My back pain has even improved since he has taught me how to properly do workout and targets my goals areas. Reese is no slacker and teaches to evolve you into a healthy life, not just a nice body.

Reese is such a pleasure to work with. He’s been instrumental in giving me the motivation to take my health seriously. My goal was to start lifting weights. I had NO clue where to start and was quite intimidated by being in the weight room. Since I’ve started two months ago, I’ve become comfortable and familiar with the machines, the different workouts that are most effective to getting the body I want and most importantly, I’ve built enough confidence to lift weights without injuring myself ! Reese also gives me pointers on the proper foods I need to eat in order to achieve the body I want...his tips have helped !

Working out with Reese was the best experience Ive had with a trainer. Not only did I end up with fantastic results, I looked forward to every single one of our sessions. Unfortunately a new job changed up or sessions, but I’m gonna do everything in my power to get back to working with Body by Reese and I highly recommend everyone else do the same!
